Coping

Infertility is perhaps one of the most stressful experiences a couple can go through. How you cope with this roller coaster of emotions depends very much on your personality and your situation – since every person is different and every fertility issue is unique. For example, some people may feel different levels of anger and frustration, while others may feel grief or anxiety.

The best way to cope with infertility is to ask for help when you need it and learn asking for help when you need it and learning as much as you can about your condition, the available fertility treatments, and the resources available to you.

This area offers advice and support for secondary infertility, pregnancy loss or general infertility. You’ll learn how to reach out to family, friends and professionals as well as how to find that inner strength to help yourself get through this difficult time.
